Our Misson
The mission of ACCLAIM COMMUNITY CARE, LLC. is to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for developmentally disabled individuals and their families by developing a comprehensive, coordinated system of services that enables individuals to maximize their functioning. We will work towards accommodating the needs of individuals and their families with our mission to provide services that facilitate an independent and productive life experience. We will collaborate with service coordinators, health care providers, and other agency providers in order to enhance the individual’s quality of life to live safely and successfully in the community.
